Kurier

Kami menggunakan kurier berdaftar termasuk J&T Express, Pos Laju, dan DHL eCommerce. Setiap penghantaran disertakan dengan nombor penjejakan (tracking number).

Pemprosesan Pesanan

Dihantar selepas jeans siap dijahit
Pesanan yang dibuat pada hujung minggu atau cuti umum akan diproses pada hari bekerja berikutnya.

Penjejakan Pesanan

Nombor penjejakan akan dihantar melalui WhatsApp atau e-mel sebaik sahaja pesanan anda dipos. Anda boleh menjejak status penghantaran melalui laman web kurier berkenaan.

Penghantaran Gagal

Jika kurier gagal menghantar pesanan (alamat tidak tepat, penerima tidak dapat dihubungi), pesanan akan disimpan di pusat kurier selama 3 – 5 hari. Jika pesanan dipulangkan kepada kami, kos penghantaran semula akan ditanggung oleh pelanggan.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers will be sent via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery status through the respective courier website.

Failed Delivery

If the courier fails to deliver (incorrect address, recipient unreachable), the parcel will be held at the courier center for 3 – 5 days. If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
